As soon as we receive a deposit and the following required documents, we will start working on your construction permit. The required documents are:
Owner's information
brief description of your project,
surveyor's plans (if available),
sketch of your project,
several photos of the near and far environment.
Based on your wishes and needs, our engineers propose a preliminary project within 72 hours with all the necessary plans to understand it. It is possible to refine the proposal with several exchanges with our engineers.
As soon as the preliminary project is validated, our team works on your file to produce all the plans and documents required for the construction permit.
Within a week, you will receive all the essential plans and documents to file your construction permit by email. Those plans and documents can also be delivered by post without any additional costs.
All you need to do is to submit your file to the municipality.
